About the Role
Colombier Lab is seeking a Project & Service Manager to lead Solar Power Plant and EV Charging Station projects while managing after-sales service operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar project execution, team coordination, and customer service management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Solar and EV Charging Station projects.
- Manage site surveys, planning, execution, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and clients.
- Handle preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage service requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Supervise field teams and ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Track project progress, materials, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective service management.
Requirements
✔ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
✔ 3 years of Solar Project Execution or O&M experience (Mandatory)
✔ Knowledge of solar inverters, LT electrical systems, and commissioning
✔ Experience in team handling and field operations
✔ Willing to travel across Kerala
✔ Valid driving license preferred
✔ EV Charging Station experience is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
