Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Digital Communication Coordinator to lead and manage our complete digital communication team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing digital communication strategies while managing a team of Social Media Executives, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Website Executives, and Visual Documentation Executives.
This role requires strong leadership, digital marketing expertise, content planning skills, and excellent coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the complete Digital Communication Team.
- Prepare and manage monthly content and communication calendars.
- Plan and execute digital communication strategies.
- Coordinate content approvals and publishing schedules.
- Manage and monitor social media performance.
- Review creative content before publishing.
- Coordinate with management regarding campaigns and communication.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks by all team members.
- Monitor website updates and digital assets.
- Track digital analytics and prepare reports.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
