Customer Experience Specialist / Sales Representative

Built on craft, trust, and an obsessive focus on customer experience, we are scaling rapidly — and the customer relationship begins long before anyone sits in the chair. We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who understands that the first call, the first chat, the first impression are the brand. Your job is to be the voice and energy that converts a curious enquiry into a raving fan of Aliens. This role sits at the front line of our growth. You will handle inbound and outbound conversations, manage our CRM with discipline, work the lead pipeline without drop-off, and build genuine relationships that bring people back and generate referrals.
The Mandate
Own the customer conversation from first touchpoint to booked appointment. Manage inbound enquiries and outbound follow-up, maintain an accurate CRM, qualify leads, and build trust that converts enquiries into committed customers. This is a relationship and revenue role, not a call-centre role.
What You'll Be Doing
Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls/chats. Follow sales processes and SOPs consistently. Update CRM after every interaction. Mine leads from databases, social enquiries, and referrals. Build trust-based customer relationships. Coordinate with studio and operations teams. Achieve consultation, conversion, and revenue targets. Participate in training and apply feedback.
What We're Looking For
Sales or customer service experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Discipline in following SOPs and CRM updates. Self-motivated and target-driven. Resilient in handling rejection. Interest in tattoos/body art is an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
