Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls/chats/emails from customers
- Know the logistic Industry Process and operation process
- Understand customer queries and provide effective solutions
- Record and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain customer data and service records
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Key Skills Required
· Excellent communication skills (Hindi and/or English)
· Good listening and problem-solving skills
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
· Patience and professionalism
· Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Qualifications
· Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (as per requirement)
· Prior experience in customer service an d logistic is a plus
Salary
· ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
