Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist role based in Noida. The Front Desk Receptionist will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments. Daily responsibilities include handling reception desk operations, maintaining visitor logs, scheduling and coordinating appointments, and managing incoming and outgoing mail or documents. The role also involves providing basic information to guests, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring the reception area is organized and presentable. The receptionist will collaborate with other team members to support office operations and deliver courteous, efficient service to clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties experience, including greeting visitors and managing front desk workflows.
- Candidates should possess Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, and handling basic office documentation.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving.
- Ability to use office tools and software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and word processing).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- Prior experience in a front desk or office administration role is preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is an advantage.
Pay: ₹8,597.77 - ₹23,996.66 per month
