About the Role
Amazon Easy Ship (AES) connects third-party sellers with Amazon’s carrier network for end-to-end fulfillment in Australia. This role owns the program management layer that sits between carrier operations, seller experience, and the product and science teams that power AES.
You will be the single-threaded owner for 3PL transportation performance — accountable for operational execution today while driving the structural improvements that reduce cost, improve pickup reliability, and unlock new delivery capabilities for sellers and customers tomorrow. The role operates at the intersection of carrier management, DEX science, and product development, with a dotted-line management responsibility into the POC team.
This is a high-visibility, high-complexity role requiring someone who can shift fluidly between pulling a same-day pickup rescue and building the OP2 narrative that justifies next year’s investment.
