What would you do? We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and providing strategic insights that support business decision-making. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) involves budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing a companys financial performance. It helps in making informed business decisions by evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CA/CMA/CPA is a plus) 5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan) Excellent communication and presentation skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
