Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Business Understanding:
- Analyze and understand B2B processes in the Retail, Energy, FMCG, and Manufacturing industries.
- Identify potential business opportunities and provide insights for informed decision-making.
- Customer Interaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer-facing interactions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable business requirements.
- Business Requirement Gathering:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate between development, testing, and product management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track project milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
- Product Development Ownership:
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to delivery.
- Ensure the final product meets business objectives.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Process Model and Notation (BPML), Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), and more.
- Prepare user manuals, test case documents, and project status reports.
- Testing:
- Conduct SAP and Java testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with testing teams to prepare, review, and execute test cases.
- SAP and Java Knowledge:
- Provide support in SAP Material Management (MM) processes and contribute to SAP-related projects.
- Collaborate with development teams on Java-based solutions, specifically in the MERN stack.
