We are hiring Telecaller cum Executive-Operations for one of our esteemed client in Medical Equipment & Home Health Care industry for Iscon - Ambli Location.
Experience : 2-3 years
Timings : 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Employment type : Full - time, On-Site
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls related to home healthcare services and medical equipment inquiries.
- Guide customers on products (e.g., oxygen concentrators, hospital beds, mobility aids) and service processes.
- Follow up on leads, orders, and service requests to ensure timely closure
- Coordinate with logistics, technicians, and vendors for delivery, installation, and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate customer records, orders, and call logs.
- Handle complaints, escalate issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support billing, documentation, and daily operational reporting.
Skills:
- Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in telecalling/operations within healthcare or medical equipment industry.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical equipment and home care services preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Good coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a patient-focused approach.
