Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment at HVAC project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of site safety practices, risk assessment, audits, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor safety policies at project sites
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions
- Monitor proper use of PPE and safety equipment
- Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports
- Maintain safety documentation and compliance records
- Coordinate with project teams to implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer
- Experience in HVAC, Construction, or MEP projects preferred
- Degree in a relevant field is mandatory
- ADIS Certificate from a recognized Technical Board is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance, and reporting
- Good communication and coordination skills
