We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Visa Counselor to join our growing immigration and visa consulting team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to guide clients regarding visa and immigration services.
Your main responsibility will be to handle client inquiries, explain visa processes, and convert leads into successful clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
- Provide accurate information about study visas and immigration services
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable visa options
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain strong relationships
- Maintain and update client data in the system
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the documentation team for client applications
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or visa counseling preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Basic knowledge of immigration or visa process is a plus
- Ability to convince and convert leads into clients
- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, etc.)
