Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Operations Executive / Senior Operations Executive to manage day-to-day cold room and fruits & vegetables (F&V) operations. The role involves inventory management, inbound and outbound coordination, temperature-controlled storage operations, manpower supervision, quality compliance, and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily warehouse and cold room operations for F&V products. Monitor receiving, put-away, storage, order processing, and dispatch activities. Ensure proper temperature and hygiene standards are maintained in cold rooms. Coordinate with customers, transporters, and internal teams for timely deliveries. Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements, FEFO/FIFO compliance, and cycle counts. Supervise manpower deployment and ensure operational productivity. Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation. Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and cold chain compliance standards. Resolve operational issues and support continuous process improvements. Track KPIs related to inventory, dispatch, productivity, and customer service. Support audits and ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in cold storage, cold chain, warehouse, or F&V operations. Knowledge of inventory management, WMS, FEFO/FIFO, and dispatch processes. Experience in handling temperature-controlled storage and fresh produce operations. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting. Ability to work in shifts and manage time-sensitive operations.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in cold chain and fresh produce warehousing. Knowledge of food safety and quality standards. Strong communication and customer handling skills. Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
