3. Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Increase average guest spend.
- Promote upselling.
- Improve banquet and restaurant sales.
4. Team Hiring & Training
- Recruit F&B staff.
- Conduct induction and on-the-job training.
- Develop SOPs.
- Evaluate staff performance.
5. Banquet / Daily Buffet Operations
- Coordinate banquet / Buffet events.
- Ensure proper event execution.
- Liaise with Kitchen, Sales, and Housekeeping.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
6. Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor food and beverage costs.
- Control breakages.
- Reduce wastage.
- Verify monthly stock.
7. SOP & Quality Control
- Ensure grooming standards.
- Maintain hygiene.
- Conduct daily briefings.
- Monitor service quality.
8. Staff Management
- Duty roster
- Leave planning

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
