Role 1: Telecalling Intern (Lead Qualification & Support)
Key Responsibilities:
- Call assigned leads to understand requirement and intent
- Qualify leads (genuine vs non-relevant)
- Capture key details and share qualified leads with RSMs for allocation
- No tour scheduling responsibility (handled by center teams)
- Support basic follow-ups and feedback collection
- Assist in auditing calls / closures by Admission Counselors / School Directors
Process Note:
- Leads will be shared daily by RSMs
- No direct CRM access required
Profile Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (English + local language mandatory)
- Good listening and probing ability
- Structured approach to capturing information
- Discipline in following process
Role 2: Field Sales Intern (FOS – Lead Generation & Partnerships)
Objective:
Drive local lead generation and open doors for partnerships through on-ground outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit nearby schools, residential and commercial communities
- Initiate conversations and build first-level relationships
- Enable:
- Brand visibility opportunities
- Permissions for on-ground activities
- Admission advisor / referral partnerships
- Generate leads and pass them to centre teams
- Facilitate second-level meetings for RSMs / senior team members
Profile Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with field work and daily travel
- High energy and confidence
- Ability to engage and build rapport with stakeholders
Compensation & Structure
- Internship stipend: ₹15,000 per month
- Duration: 3 months
- Potential for full-time conversion based on performance
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
