Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming customers, managing appointments, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the tailor shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
- Schedule appointments for measurements, fittings, and garment collection.
- Record customer measurements and order details accurately.
- Coordinate with tailors regarding customer orders and delivery dates.
- Receive and deliver garments for alterations or stitching.
- Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain customer records and update order status.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/POS software).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of tailoring services is an advantage.
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
