About the Role
Hanger is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our retail team. Freshers with a passion for fashion and customer service are welcome to apply, while candidates with 1–2 years of experience in clothing or apparel retail will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the retail store.
- Assist customers in selecting clothing and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
- Ensure proper display and organization of merchandise.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Support inventory checks and stock audits.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
Required Skills
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in clothing/apparel retail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive personality.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team player with good organizational skills.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: PUC / Any Graduate.
- Passion for fashion and retail.
- Willingness to work retail shifts from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
