Job Description:
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Officer / Marketing Officer / Business Development Executive / BD Manager to drive business growth through strategic sales planning, market development, client acquisition, and brand positioning. The role involves executing sales initiatives, managing marketing activities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Sales Strategy & Target Planning
Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and prepare action plans to achieve revenue and business growth objectives.
2) Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, convert prospects, and expand the company’s client base.
3) Market Research & Opportunity Analysis
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify potential sales and marketing opportunities.
4) Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, handle negotiations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
5) Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives to enhance market presence.
6) Proposal, Quotation & Presentation Support
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations, and follow up with clients to close deals effectively.
7) Coordination with Internal Teams
Coordinate with operations, projects, finance, and management teams to ensure smooth execution of client commitments.
8) Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track sales performance, maintain MIS reports, analyze outcomes, and present regular updates to management.
Required Skills:
· Strong knowledge of sales planning, marketing strategy, and business development processes
· Ability to generate leads and close deals in competitive markets
· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client handling skills
· Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales reports
· Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM or sales trackers
· Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
· Target-driven mindset with leadership and decision-making ability.
Experience Required:
- Sales Officer / Marketing Officer / Business Development Executive: 4 to 6 Years
- BD Manager: 6 to 10 Years
Salary Range:
₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & interview)
Education (Preferred): Any Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant experience
MBA (Marketing / Sales) / BBA preferred
Strong preference for candidates with excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
