Assistant PPC (Sr. Executive) – Home Textile / Made-ups Division

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant PPC (Sr. Executive) who will be responsible for end-to-end follow-up and coordination across Fabric Procurement, Trims department, and Sewing Units to ensure smooth production flow and on-time shipment of Home Textile products.
The role requires strong coordination, planning, and execution capability to ensure all materials and production stages run as per plan without delay.

Key Responsibilities
1. Fabric Planning & Follow-up (Core Responsibility)
- Coordinate daily with Fabric Procurement Department for order status and delivery schedules.
- Ensure right quality, width, construction, shade & quantity fabric is received as per production requirement.
- Track fabric in-house vs plan and highlight shortages / delays proactively.
- Maintain fabric requirement vs receipt vs consumption report.
- Ensure fabric inspection, testing & approvals are completed on time.
- Escalate delays and ensure corrective action for smooth production flow.

2. Trims & Accessories Coordination
- Follow up with Purchase Manager for timely procurement of trims & accessories (labels, zippers, threads, packaging, etc.).
- Ensure trims availability as per production start date.
- Track pending trims vs production plan and avoid line stoppage.
- Coordinate quality approval of trims before production.

3. Sewing / Job Work Factory Follow-up
- Daily follow up with Sewing Units for production status.
- Ensure line loading, production output & efficiency are as per plan.
- Track WIP (Work in Progress) and identify bottlenecks.
- Ensure quality standards & specifications are followed during stitching.
- Coordinate with finishing & packing team for smooth flow.

4. Shipment & Delivery Control
- Ensure production completion as per shipment plan.
- Track order-wise progress vs shipment date.
- Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for timely shipment.
- Highlight any risk of delay and take corrective action.
- Maintain on-time delivery (OTD) performance report.

5. Planning, Reporting & Coordination
o Fabric status report
o Trims status report
o Production & WIP report
o Shipment tracking report
- Conduct daily coordination with PPC, Purchase, Production & QA teams.
- Provide daily/weekly updates to management.
- Ensure ERP / MIS data is updated accurately.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong follow-up & coordination ability (Fabric → Trims → Production → Shipment).
- Good knowledge of Home Textile / Made-ups manufacturing process.
- Understanding of fabric quality, GSM, construction, shrinkage, shade variation, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving & escalation handling.
- Good in Excel / ERP / MIS reporting.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma in Textile / Production / Industrial Management preferred.
- 5–8 years experience in PPC / Production Coordination in Home Textile / Made-ups.
- Experience in fabric coordination & job work production follow-up is must.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
