We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department End-to-End Coder responsible for accurate, compliant coding and review of both Professional Fee (PF) and Facility services associated with Emergency Department encounters.
The successful candidate will apply ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, modifier, and facility coding guidelines to ensure accurate code assignment, facility leveling, charge capture, reimbursement support, revenue integrity, and regulatory compliance. This role requires comprehensive review of physician, APP, nursing, ancillary, and facility documentation to ensure coding accurately reflects services provided and resources utilized. Key ResponsibilitiesEmergency Department Professional Fee Coding
- Assign ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes for Emergency Department encounters.
- Assign CPT and HCPCS codes for physician and APP services.

- Trauma activation services

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department coding experience.
