Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US clients, sourcing top IT talent across multiple technologies while ensuring quality submissions and timely closures.
Required Skills :
- Proven experience managing the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Strong expertise in W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS requirements
- Proficiency in Boolean Search, talent mapping, and passive candidate sourcing
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong experience hiring for UiPath/RPA, Java, .NET, SAP, Salesforce, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, QA Automation, Business Analysts, and Project Managers
- In-depth knowledge of US work authorization categories (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, H4-EAD, GC-EAD, OPT/CPT, TN Visa)
- Excellent candidate screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and client communication skills
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and offer management abilities

- Federal or Healthcare IT Recruitment Experience
