Xtrememax Security Company is looking for an experienced **Sales Manager** with a strong background in the **security, and housekeeping, or related industries**. Candidates from the same or similar industry will be given preference.
### Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
* Identify and generate new business opportunities in the security and surveillance sector.
* Manage and support the field sales team to improve performance and productivity.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
* Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
* Ensure timely follow-up, order closure, and customer satisfaction.
### Requirements
* **Graduate qualification is mandatory.**
* **3–7 years of sales experience** in security , housekeeping r related B2B industries**.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling business development activities.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
* Good knowledge of the local market and corporate/institutional sales.
* Ability to travel for client visits and business meetings when required.
### Preferred Candidate Profile
* Experience in **B2B sales** and channel partner management.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of leading a sales team independently.
* Good communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
**Industry Preference:** Security and housekeeping other related industries.
