About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Strategist & Researcher to join our team. This hybrid role blends creativity with analytical rigor, requiring someone who can design impactful social media campaigns while conducting research to guide strategy and measure success.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute campaigns across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook).
- Content Development: Build and manage content calendars aligned with brand goals.
- Audience Research: Conduct competitor and audience analysis to identify opportunities.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, engagement, and ROI using analytics tools.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging digital trends and recommend innovative approaches.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, design, and product teams for cohesive messaging.
- Research Projects: Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies to support campaign decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Social Media Expertise: 1–2 years of experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Research Skills: Strong background in market research, data analysis, and reporting.
- Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Sprout Social, or native platform insights.
- Content Creation: Ability to craft compelling posts, visuals, and narratives.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Analytics preferred.
