Job Summary
Shelves Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to support our healthcare and medical equipment business operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, coordinating with hospitals and clients, explaining healthcare products, and supporting the sales team in business development activities.
The role requires strong communication skills, follow-up abilities, and basic understanding of healthcare or medical equipment products. Similar healthcare telecalling roles commonly involve lead handling, appointment coordination, CRM updates, and patient/customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Explain medical equipment and healthcare product details to clients
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and customers
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM/database
- Coordinate with internal sales and support teams
- Resolve basic customer queries regarding products and services
- Share quotations, product information, and meeting schedules
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Products & Services Handling

Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Fluent in Hindi and basic English
- Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)
- Positive attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle sales and customer support calls
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Healthcare telecalling roles generally require communication, CRM handling, lead conversion, and coordination skills.
Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate in any stream
- Candidates from Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing background preferred
Experience
- Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
- Experience in telecalling, healthcare sales, BPO, diagnostics, hospital coordination, or customer support will be preferred
