Dr. VJ Dental Studio is looking for a smart, polite and target-oriented Patient Conversion Executive for our Salem branch.
Role:
Handle incoming patient enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and ads. Explain dental treatments like implants, invisible aligners and smile design in a patient-friendly way. Follow up with leads, book consultations, maintain Google Sheets/CRM updates and coordinate with the clinic team.
Requirements:
Good Tamil communication
Good English
Confident phone voice
Positive attitude and patience
Basic computer/WhatsApp skills
Prior experience in telecalling, hospital, clinic, sales, insurance, education counselling, BPO or customer support preferred
Freshers with excellent communication can also apply
Salary: ₹12,000–₹22,000 + incentives
Location: Dr. VJ Dental Studio, Salem
Timing: Full-time clinic-based role
