Job Title: Assistant Manager – Maintenance

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Maintenance to oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance activities across restaurant outlets and central kitchen operations. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of equipment, utilities, electrical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen machinery, and facility upkeep while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle preventive and corrective maintenance for restaurant outlets and kitchen equipment.
- Monitor HVAC, refrigeration units, electrical systems, plumbing, DG sets, and utility equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and AMC service providers.
- Ensure minimum downtime of equipment and smooth daily operations.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, logs, and compliance records.
- Supervise technicians and maintenance staff.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Support new outlet setup, renovation, and maintenance planning.
- Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts, and cost control.
- Coordinate with operations team for timely issue resolution.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- 4–8 years of maintenance experience in restaurants, hotels, QSR, cafés, or food production units.
- Strong troubleshooting and vendor management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple outlets across Bangalore.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
