Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop 2D drafting using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
- Prepare construction and submission drawings.
- Visit project sites when required and coordinate with clients and contractors.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and project changes.
- Maintain project documentation and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or other visualization software is preferred.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, commercial, and interior projects.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of building codes and construction practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
