Key Responsibilities
* Design & develop progressive and compound tools
* Create 2D & 3D tool designs and detailed drawings
* Analyze product feasibility and tooling concepts
* Coordinate tool trials and validation, NTTF, press tool design and development, tool & die
* Optimize tool designs for quality, productivity & cost efficiency
* Troubleshoot tooling issues and drive improvements
* Ensure timely tool development and delivery
