- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, and support staff.
- Ensure proper upkeep of office premises and assets.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits.
3. Vendor Management
- Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors and service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
- Process vendor agreements and service contracts.
- Ensure timely payment processing and documentation.
4. Asset Management
- Maintain records of company assets, equipment, and inventories.
- Track asset allocation, movement, and disposal.
- Conduct periodic asset verification and audits.
- Ensure proper maintenance of company-owned assets.
5. Travel & Accommodation Management
- Arrange travel bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation for employees and management.
- Maintain travel records and cost reports.
- Coordinate logistics for business visits and events.
6. Transport & Fleet Management
- Manage company vehicles and transportation requirements.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, insurance, permits, and documentation.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses and registrations.
- Track fuel consumption and vehicle utilization.
7. Security & Safety Management
- Ensure workplace security and employee safety.
- Coordinate with security agencies and emergency service providers.
- Implement safety procedures and emergency response plans.
- Ensure compliance with fire and safety regulations.
8. Administrative Compliance
- Maintain office licenses, permits, agreements, and records.
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures.
- Support internal and external audits related to administration.
9. Event & Visitor Management
- Coordinate company meetings, events, and conferences.
- Manage guest relations and visitor arrangements.
- Support employee engagement and corporate events.
10. Cost Control & Budgeting
- Prepare and manage the administration budget.
- Monitor administrative expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources.

Educational Qualification

Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Administration and Facility Management.
- Experience in handling office operations, vendors, facilities, transport, and assets.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or corporate administration preferred.
