Job Summary We are looking for a Solution Architect with deep expertise in DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) to design, implement, and optimize contract management solutions for enterprise customers. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, legal, procurement, and IT teams to deliver scalable and secure CLM solutions integrated with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution architecture for DocuSign CLM implementations Gather and analyze business requirements from Legal, Sales, Procurement, and Compliance teams Design CLM workflows including: Contract authoring and templates Clause library and fallback logic Approval workflows Contract negotiation and redlining Obligation management and renewals Configure and customize DocuSign CLM using best practices Define integration architecture with enterprise applications such as: ERP (Oracle, SAP) CRM (Salesforce) Identity management (SSO, OAuth) Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and security standards Provide technical leadership during implementation, testing, and deployment Support data migration, document repository setup, and reporting dashboards Prepare solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and best practice guidelines Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with DocuSign CLM (configuration and solution design) Experience in contract lifecycle management processes and legal workflows Solid understanding of: Workflow automation Clause management Metadata and contract search Contract versioning and audit trails Experience with DocuSign APIs and integrations Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web services Experience integrating DocuSign CLM with Salesforce or ERP systems Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate business requirements.
