Purpose of This Position
- Manage the complete tenant lifecycle, including leasing, deposit summaries, evictions, and rent collection.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including San Leandro requirements.
- Maintain accurate tenant records and support efficient property management operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage lease agreements.
- Collect rent payments from tenants.
- Prepare and maintain deposit summaries and tenant records.
- Process tenant evictions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle tenant onboarding, compliance, and insurance verification.
- Coordinate move-ins, inspections, and unit readiness.
- Track rent payments and maintain payment records.
- Issue notices, coordinate enforcement actions, and manage tenant move-outs.
- Manage maintenance requests, work orders, and repair coordination.
- Conduct move-out inspections, damage assessments, and accurately close tenant records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a prestigious university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same industry.
- Native or college-level proficiency in English.
- Access to two reliable internet sources.
- Must utilize Time Doctor or similar screen-recording technology if hired.
- Available to work Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM San Francisco, California time.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly compensation ranging from $800 to $1,500, depending on experience and work scope.
Pay: From ₹72,000.00 per month
