A Production In-Charge is responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling day-to-day production activities to ensure that products are manufactured safely, efficiently, on time, and according to required quality standards. The role includes preparing production plans, allocating manpower and machines, monitoring production targets, coordinating with maintenance, quality, stores, and tool room departments, and ensuring optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment. The Production In-Charge is responsible for monitoring machine performance, reducing downtime, controlling rejection and wastage, maintaining production records, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve productivity and quality. The role also involves supervising operators and workers, ensuring proper adherence to standard operating procedures and safety requirements, conducting shift handovers, monitoring raw material availability, and resolving production-related issues. The candidate should have good knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality control, manpower management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement techniques, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
