Job Responsibilities
- Conduct time studies for production processes, departments, and teams.
- Observe and analyze work methods to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in increasing productivity and reducing production costs.
- Support initiatives to improve product quality and optimize inventory levels.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain time study records and reports.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers only).
- Basic computer and system knowledge.
- Good typing and data entry skills will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work effectively in a team environment.
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Good analytical and observation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic communication skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
