RAJ ENTERPRISES, a solar energy and solar panel installation firm, is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records related to solar installation projects, and working efficiently with Tally and Microsoft Excel.
Must-Have Skills
- Proficiency in Tally
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Sound understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Maintaining purchase and sales records
- Recording expenses related to solar panel installation projects
- Managing vendor and customer payment records
- Handling invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents
- Maintaining accounts and records in Tally
- Preparing and managing reports using Excel
- Assisting with bank and account reconciliation
- Tracking project-related expenses and payments
- Maintaining proper records of materials, purchases, and installation-related costs
- Supporting the team with general accounting and administrative tasks as required
Candidate Preference
Candidates currently residing in Lucknow are preferred. Applicants living in or near Indira Nagar, Lucknow will be given additional preference, as this is a work-from-office position.
