Position: Building Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Kolar Castle, Chuna Bhatti, Bhopal
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day building maintenance activities.
- Read and understand civil, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and vendors.
- Inspect maintenance and repair work to ensure quality.
- Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
- Prepare daily work reports and maintenance records.
- Ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain safety standards and proper housekeeping at the site.
- Report maintenance issues and updates to management.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI/Graduate (Civil or Mechanical preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in building maintenance or facility management.
- Ability to read construction and maintenance drawings.
- Basic knowledge of civil, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Job Location: Kolar Castle, Chuna Bhatti, Bhopal
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
