Position
Branch Manager – Gold Loan
Qualification
- Any Graduation from a recognized University.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in the Gold Loan business of an NBFC.
Job Location
- Mangattukavala, Thodupuzha
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day gold loan operations of the branch.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the branch team to achieve operational excellence.
- Review branch operations and submit timely reports to the Head Office.
- Ensure branch profitability through quality customer service and relationship management.
- Monitor and ensure timely collection and recovery of gold loans.
- Minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) in the branch.
- Guide and support the marketing team in sourcing new business.
- Achieve business growth through customer acquisition, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion.
- Ensure proper maintenance and monitoring of security systems, vaults, safes, and joint custody procedures.
- Assess customer financial needs and recommend suitable financial products.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain branch infrastructure and office premises in accordance with corporate standards.
