We are looking for a skilled and guest-focused Captain to ensure smooth restaurant operations and provide excellent service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle assigned section and ensure efficient guest service. Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
- Guide and support Guest Service Associates (GSA)
- Maintain service standards, cleanliness and hygiene
- Handle guest requests and coordinate with the team for smooth operations
- Conduct proper table setup and ensure SOP compliance
- Support supervisors and managers during daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in F&B service.
- Experience as Captain / Senior GSA in a hotel or resort preferred.
- Good communication and guest handling skills.
- Knowledge of food & beverage service procedures.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
