About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and pet-friendly Store Operator to join our Pet Spa & Salon team in New Panvel. The ideal candidate should enjoy working around pets, have a customer-first attitude, and be comfortable managing day-to-day store operations in a pet care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the salon
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store
- Coordinate appointments and customer bookings
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store and pet service areas
- Support grooming and spa operations as required
- Handle billing, basic records, and customer communication
- Ensure pets are treated with care, patience, and attention
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock requirements
Requirements:
- Pet-friendly nature and comfort working around dogs and other pets
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, organized, and proactive approach to work
- Prior experience in retail, salon, pet care, or store operations is preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic computer and billing knowledge is an advantage
Work Schedule:
- Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
