Position: Cylindrical Grinding Machine Operator - Skilled
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate the cylindrical grinding machine as per drawing and specifications
2. Machine setup, wheel dressing, and offset adjustments
3. Check dimensions using Vernier, Micrometre, Dial Gauge
4. Ensure surface finish and tolerance as per QC & QMS standards
5. Load/unload components safely and maintain production targets
6. Basic machine maintenance, coolant and lubrication checks
7. Follow all safety and housekeeping norms
Requirements:
1. Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience on Cylindrical Grinding Machines
2. Qualification: ITI in Fitter / Turner / Machinist preferred
3. Skills: Blueprint reading, tolerance handling, different grinding wheels knowledge
4. Ability to work in shifts if required
