Duties
- Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient needs.
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols.
- Assist with medical procedures and support doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations and treatments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Ensure infection control procedures are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalised care plans tailored to individual patient requirements.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, providing immediate nursing care as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant regulatory body .
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
- Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding drug interactions and contraindications.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹44,932.48 per month
