Key Responsibilities:

Source new clients for wealth management and other financial products.

Effectively maintain client relationships with follow-up, servicing needs & collecting regular feedback.

Distribute various investment products to existing and new clients

Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices.

Communicate effectively with internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings.

Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed.
Required Skills:
-
Some understanding of financial markets. You will be trained and certified before you can distribute financial products.

NISM modules for distributors will be required to be cleared before starting the distribution of products.

Smart, confident, and outgoing personality

Excellent communication skills, especially verbal
