We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with buyers, agents, and retail clients in the apparel manufacturing sector. The role involves handling client communication, order follow-ups, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales, production, and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate contact and order information.
- Handle client inquiries, sample requests, and order follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments (merchandising, production, and dispatch) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
- Schedule and manage communication through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Generate regular reports on customer activity, order status, and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream & related field.
- Prior experience in CRM, sales coordination (Apparel/Textile industry/Fashion Industry experience is must).
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., ERP-integrated systems).
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
