Bima Saathi is expanding the insurance distribution in India’s high-growth Tier 2 and
Tier 3 markets. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic leader to serve as the
Cluster Head, responsible for exponential network expansion and profitable
revenue generation across multiple territories. This role offers true

Core Responsibilities
1. Network Building and Leadership (Base Location)
Agent Network Development: Recruit, certify, and mentor a high-performing local
team of Agency Development Officers (ADOs) and local POSP
Companions within the base city.
Talent Incubation: Oversee the promotion and elevation of successful local agents
into frontline leadership roles, ensuring the continuous pipeline of future managers is
robust.
2. Strategic Oversight and Management
Supervision and Coaching: Directly monitor, supervise, and mentor the
performance of multiple Territory Managers (TMs) who report to you across
various remote locations.
Operational Control: Ensure every territory adheres to the company’s disciplined
sales and operational standards, driving ethical behaviour and maximizing revenue
quality (persistency).
Field Audit: Conduct mandatory physical audits in TM territories to validate
business activities, provide coaching, and resolve complex local market challenges.
3. Revenue and Growth Accountability
P&L Ownership: Drive the strategic vision for the entire cluster, ensuring consistent
achievement of annual revenue targets and regional growth objectives.
Customer Centricity: Lead the effort to embed the "Khushiyaan
Guaranteed" customer service culture across all points of contact.

Candidate Requirements
Age: Up to 50 years.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of overall sales management experience, with at
least 3 years as a Branch Head or Equivalent in leading an agency channel team
in the Life Insurance sector.
Expertise: Proven ability to manage large, decentralized teams and drive business
growth through Tier II/III cities.
Local Knowledge: Mandatory to have deep roots and professional experience in
the base city.
