We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology projects from initiation through delivery. The TPM will coordinate engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with technical understanding of software development, infrastructure, and agile delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software and technology projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, QA, design, and operations teams.
- Track project progress and resolve blockers proactively.
- Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and status reviews.
- Manage stakeholder communication and reporting.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
- Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, and release plans.
- Work with technical teams on architecture discussions and delivery planning.
- Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and project KPIs.
- Support vendor management and third-party integrations when needed.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and delivery efficiency.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
