Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
Experience: Intern to 03 Years
Working Days: 5.5 days working
Educational Qualification: Minimum: Graduate in any stream
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with US-based patients, doctors, and medical staff via phone and email.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, sharing treatment updates, and handling basic inquiries.
- Provide support related to medical services, pharmacy billing, prior authorizations, and insurance verifications.
- Ensure proper documentation and data entry in patient records and CRM systems. Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior team members as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and data protection standards. Actively participate in training and performance improvement sessions.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with a neutral accent. Confidence, patience, and ability to handle conversations with empathy.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn healthcare software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in night shifts.
- Prior BPO experience (0–1 year) is a bonus.
