- Conduct psychological assessments and provide individual and couple counselling for patients undergoing fertility treatments.
- Offer emotional support before, during, and after IVF, IUI, fertility preservation, donor programs, and other assisted reproductive procedures.
- Help patients cope with infertility-related stress, anxiety, depression, pregnancy loss, and treatment failures.
- Prepare patients emotionally for treatment outcomes and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Conduct counselling sessions for donor and surrogacy programs, where applicable, in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.
- Collaborate with fertility specialists, nurses, embryologists, and patient care teams to provide holistic patient care.
- Develop personalized coping strategies and wellness plans for patients.
- Conduct patient education sessions, workshops, and support groups on emotional wellness and stress management.
- Maintain accurate counselling records while ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards.
- Identify patients requiring advanced psychiatric intervention and coordinate timely referrals when necessary.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to patient experience enhancement program.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
