We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Spoken English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build confidence in learners from diverse backgrounds. You will be responsible for conducting engaging sessions, improving students' fluency, and guiding them to speak English naturally and confidently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive offline classes focusing on fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Assess students' current language levels and provide constructive, personalized feedback.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans and practice activities.
- Conduct role-plays, debate sessions, and group discussions to improve student confidence.
- Maintain regular attendance records and track students' learning progress.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Communication, or any related field (Preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Spoken English Trainer or Language Coach. (Freshers with exceptional fluency and passion are also welcome).
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to explain grammar rules in a simple, practical manner.
- Attributes: Patient, motivating, energetic, and culturally sensitive to learners' struggles.
