- Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience.
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Care, Customer Service, or Voice/Non-Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
