Circle Tree is hiring an Early Childhood Facilitator for our alternative early childhood school in Madurai. We work with children aged 3 to 7 in a blended approach inspired by Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate child-centered learning activities for young children.
- Support practical life work, sensorial activities, stories, songs, play, and outdoor learning.
- Create a calm, caring, and prepared classroom environment.
- Observe children’s growth in independence, language, expression, coordination, and social skills.
- Work with natural materials, art activities, and nature-based learning.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome.
- Montessori knowledge or training is preferable.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Good communication and a caring attitude.
- Immediate joining preferred.
