Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bakery Production Manager to oversee daily bakery production, ensure product quality, maintain food safety standards, and lead the production team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily production.
- Monitor product quality and consistency.
- Manage production staff.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials.
- Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance.
- Reduce production wastage.
- Coordinate with sales and procurement teams.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Bakery, Food Technology or related field.
- 3–5 years of bakery production experience.
- Strong leadership and planning skills.
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
