Job Summary
Looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities at our dairy manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production operations, maintain quality and hygiene standards, manage workers, and achieve daily production targets while following food safety and workplace safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily dairy production and factory operations.
- Manage and allocate work to production staff and operators.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Monitor production processes, machinery, and equipment.
- Maintain strict standards of quality, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and processing of milk and dairy products.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize production wastage.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and other required documentation.
- Identify production issues and take timely corrective action.
- Ensure workers follow company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Monitor cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment.
- Report machinery breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Train and guide workers on production, hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Production, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in dairy, food processing, FMCG, or manufacturing operations.
- Good knowledge of dairy production processes and food hygiene standard.
